scrambling

My Nokia e5 which i have had for 2 years all the sudden, the screen starting scrambling like a bad signal on a tv.

I have attempted to write the name Shatilla in a message site but the name comes out scrambled So I have had to write it S.H.A.T.I.L.L.A so that it does not come out as $%^&illa four time i tried to write it and four times it was scrambled???
