    Stuck at the Phone Lock Screen on a Samsung Gravity T SGH-T699

    I forgot my Phone Lock code so now I'm stuck at that screen. Is there a master code that I can use to reset the whole phone and wipe everything off it? Or do I have to call T-Mobile and ask them for a special code?
