shanks

My wife loves to eat lamb shanks, im not a lover of lamb but would like to have a go at cooking them as a surprise meal. Whats the best way to cook them and what to serve them with?

I have 2 lamb shanks marinated in tandoori. what would be cooking time in microwave oven, 1100kw rating oven

I`m not talking about the first episode or when Luffy has flashbacks about him. Also I know that Shanks meets with WhiteBeard. (I`m talking about the anime. Not the manga) && I am currently on episode 326. :)
