Where can I get a good SimCity 4 Deluxe torrent?
Ive tried a few already but all of them seem to have some issues that the FAQ or any guide can help me.

has a trucking theme to it? this game is very much like simcity but instead of building a city you build a trucking company bid on shipping contracts and deliver goods to customer's all the while keeping your compnay from going broke.
does anyone have a guide for the missions

I have just added this application and for some reason I am connecting the pump stations and the water towers (which are powered by electricity) to the pipes. The city is never watered and I am not able to build a city. Can anyone help?
