    Which creatine? Con-Cret by GNC or SizeOn ?

    hey guys, which creatine would you say is better? im not interested in monohydrate coz it makes me bloat. Con-cret or SizeOn creatine? Which would you say is better? The new craze is the Con-Cret and apparently it is the best working supplement out but is this true ? Thanks guys :)

    For muscle building, would it be okay to take Gaspari SizeOn, Superpump 250,...

    ...or Novedex XT if your only 14? The product label says it is "not suggested" for children under 18. but i really wanna try it
