    Cant access bios on my Packard Bell sj51?

    My hard drive packed in so i bought a new one and had to format it but for some reason i cant access my bios. i press F2 and it loads does nothing and resets. Any ideas would be appreciated

    where can i get the drivers for windows xp for a Packard Bell Easynote SJ51?

    im looking for the drivers that would work being as i wanna dual boot with windows xp but with vista on my system first
