i desperately want to try veganism. ive been vegetarian for a year now, but im sort of afraid of soymilk. can it be used to bake with, will it leave a funny taste?
if i look at the nutrient panel of soymilk it says it contains sugar, and arn't vegans not meant to have sugar, unless its beet sugar. so if its not specified can i not have soymilk that says it has sugar in it?
