    Should I Use Light Dark or Spiced Rum In My Coquito Recipe?

    I was thinking about making this for the first time and I got some good recipes but after some looking around I found that some people use light rum and some use dark. I was wondering which gives it a better flavor and if anyone has used spiced rum. Thanks in advance.
