Should i get the one with 3 rail system, or the one with the build in red dot sight? i am a beginner at airsoft, any comments can help thanks

how do i turn OFF the stopwatch? it is a 240 Sportline stopwatch and it has ben on for like 20 minutes and won't turn off. Is there an of button or any thing? please! help!
