    Do you have to cook bean sprouts before you eat them?

    I made some spring rolls, and on the package of bean sprout say it is raw and should be cooked. Is it ok that I didn't cook them?

    Sprouts vs Cooked Nutrition?

    I like to eat alot of lentils and mung beans. Will I be getting more nutrients and better digestion if I just start sprouting these instead of cooking them? I use them in burritos along with rice. Can't find a nutrient comparison chart for this scenario, maybe somebody else knows?
