I have about a pint of strawberries that I need to use up before they go bad. They're not in perfect condition, so I'd rather not use them whole. Baked desserts would be preferred, but any kind would be useful.
Is it healthy to eat a full container (the ones that they come in) of these fruits, raw? Is this fattening?
Yea but is too much fruit bad for you? Does it have some ingredient that can be harmful if too much is consumed?
