    I'm stumped..How do you decrease body fat without losing my gains??? My stomach is

    the main concern.? I always go back and forth losing weight and gaining mass. I know the body loses fat as a whole.I know I need to burn calories to decrease my body fat. But I dont wanna lose my gains and start looking really skinny. I could lose 20 pounds and my stomach would look better...
