sure how to cook them? Usually I saute (<-- is that how you write it?) my mushrooms sliced up with garlic, pepper and olive oil. But I think that would taste really odd in a sub. How am I supposed to cook the little mushroom slices that I'll be putting in my sandwich? Can I boil them?
