    Last year purchased new sump pump.replace iron pipes with pvc.Excess

    water gushing out of drain pipes,? yard is soaked.The coupling between the drain pipe and the link going into the ground is where the water is coming out.I think underground pipe that drains into street might be clog.Do I need to replace the underground drainage system?How much on average would...
