    Why do people try to get sunburned on vacation?

    A lot of times I see people on the beach laying in the sun, and their skin just ends up being as red as a tomato. Also when I see facebook pictures of people going on vacation, I see a bunch of people who are very sunburned, not tanned, but sunburned. Why do people try to get sunburned...

    On the back my neck, where I'm burned, I feel bumps(blister-like) on the back of me neck. Can anyone tell me what it is and how to get rid of it?

    No put some sun block on and enjoy the day.
