What are some lock in rookies people have in their teams, and what are some to look at? If you could list some i should look at, and what position they are listed as, that would be great. Thanks

Tadhg Kennely did amazing before his injury, and Josh Hunt has been a bit on and off lately. I'm not sure who I should put in, please help?

I wanted to know some rookies that may be playing in round 13 or nearby rounds, that are cheap ($100,000) there abouts. Doesn't matter what position they play just need them as an emergency. Thanks alot for the answers, will give points for best answer!
