    When is the best time to buy a tablet(not an Ipad) to save money? April of July?

    I am looking to buy an tablet(not an Ipad) in America from Best Buy or HHGregg in April or July. When is the best time to save money? The brands that I were looking at are Samsung, Asus,Acer or Toshiba.
