I have some large tapioca pearl balls, about the size you would make boba tea from I guess.
I was wondering if somebody has a non-dairy recipe to use them in. It's summer here and I have various fruits and jelly so some sort of sweet drink/jelly/pudding will be fine.

The tapioca will be a "clear liquid to be set-up then the Chantilly cream will be added on top a and served in a shot glass. Can tapioca pearls be cooked to a clear liqiud then set to form a solid clear substance?
