    What's the age to sign a 1 year contract with Telus(Canada)?

    I got a HTC Desire HD from my fiance, and I would like to put it on a smartphone plan.......just for one year at a time. I was wondering what age you must be to sign a contract with them? And what kind of payment option they have?
