The three telecommunications companies (Telecom, Telstra, Vodafone) that intend to co-invest in a new submarine cable between New Zealand and Australia have issued a...
The work that goes into creating a well-designed piece of fixture or appliance can be just a nice to look at as the product itself. Take, for example, where Dysons are born. Or Ingo Schuppler's Schwarzes Gold lamps. More »
A couple years ago Cheddars went out of business here and I've been craving a Chicken Tender Smasher from there. Does anyone know how to make them yourself by any chance or what exactly is in it? I've tried Googling but nothing comes up for the dish. I can't really remember what exactly is all...
I bought some lovely, thick, boneless, pork loin chops. I seared both sides and then put them in a 350 degree oven to finish cooking, just to light pink color when cut.
They were tough as nails. What did I do wrong and how can I make pork chops that are tender.

is not done yet? Cooking a brisket on the grill, I noticed that at one hour, it was so "tender" that I could barley turn it because it was practically falling apart.

Any help with this, please?
Thank you in advance

BTW, not looking for grill recipes and methods right now.
I just got Birth Control from a clinic telling me to take the first pill the first day of my period. Well, I took it about 2p.m. and now Its 4a.m. Is this a normal side effect of the pill? The brand of pill I'm taking is Nortrel and I'm 19 years old. Also, they feel like they might be a little...
I've noticed that some beef shanks I boiled for about 3 hours at a medium-high temperature got really soft afterwards - falling off the bone. Yet I've had pork spare ribs boiled in the same way get really tough (after cooking for an hour). Why? We're always advised not to "overcook" meats...
whatever meat (beef) Im using, no matter how expensive, so whenever i grill it, it turns into this hard, inedible, unable to cut it, wasted piece of steak.
I wanted to know if anyone here knows what i need to do beforehand in order to get it soft like they do in restaurants. Should I brine a...
