Hey,
Well I'm 16 and while playing soccer or after soccer I damaged my tendons connecting my hipbone to my left upper leg muscle, it is not totally of otherwise I would be going to a hospital, but what can I do to heal this?, should I go to a doctor?

i was wondering if anyone knew of any foods that help tendons? please post and be specific about whats in these foods that helps and what does it do to help. if you arent sure but know it helps still please post. thank you.
Yesterday my horse had an accident. A really, really bad accident. I won't go into too many details because it's quite long and lengthy, but, basically, he ended up running about with a metal pole atteched to his leadrope.

I have a tight Achilles tendon. Will using a recumbent exercise bike help it or make it worse?
I have been told by a dr to go to physical therapy, but cannot get in there for about another week but I want to by a exercise bike, but I need to know if it will help or not. If it will make it worse...
