i got a new laptop for christmas and its a compaq and i dont wanna mess it up with limewire and all that crap..

I want to gain weight I am extremely thin i want gain no more than 10 pounds put not in my stomach> what foods should I eat and is eating at night better? JUST basically give advice fr gain weight. because its hard
