I've been told this can be eaten raw like Sashimi but I'm not a raw fish eater. This is a dinner for 2 I have 2 fillets. Preferably cooked on the stove or in the oven with not a big mess since I have to clean up.
besides lemon pepper. i need a good way to cook tilapia (fish) ... im making green beans and scalloped potatoes with it so i want it to be good with that.
I have two tilapia fillets and my oven isnt working so I have to use a stovetop.
Any ideas for simple tasty recipes?
Im going to also make whipped potatoes or rice and serve with either a salad or green beans.
