tilting

Ok so I'm having the G2 delivered soon and I was just wondering if it senses the screen tilting when playing with apps. I was playing with my sisters droid and It's a very fun feature. I was just wondering if it's a feature on certain androids or if all the newer ones have it. Thank you.

I just got an iPad today and when I tilt it to landscape mode, why doesn't it change direction?

can the games be played by tilting the phone as in ipod touch and iphone and if so what are the names of these games and where can i find them
