On my PACKARD BELL EasyNote TJ71-RB-050, I have the external volume controls where you can tap it to increase, decrease or mute the volume.
However, for some reason, the red light for the mute button does not come on when I tap it. Has the bulb gone, or is it something I can turn on and off...
