tofu

My doctor recommended more soy-based proteins for my diet, so when I went grocery shopping last night, I bought firm tofu. I will look up some recipes on the web, but I was wondering if anyone has any tofu recipes they particularly like. Thanks!

i just bought a pack of this, it looks like noodles - so im not sure if i boil it like i would noodles, or just stir fry it like i would do to tofu normally. Any ideas?

Does it take the flavor of the spices you use Or does it have it's own flavor. I really want to stop eating meat and wonder if tofu is a good substitute.

I'd like to make vegetarian crispy duck pancakes, and theres a chinese restaurant I've been to that does this using tofu. It tastes just like the duck version. How do I cook tofu so that it has the same shredded and crispy consistency that crispy duck has? (I'm predicting meat-obsessed people...

One way is to mix it with scrambled eggs, and then put a little soy sauce on it. That's the only way I could bear to eat tofu.
