I am 28 years old...started smoking when I was 12-13....smoke about a pack a day...and i'm threw...it's disgusting....it smells.....luckily my teeth are still very white and i don't cough...My mother quit smoking 3 yrs ago on the chantix...she had smoked for 38 yrs...and she hates the smell...
