I have been doing a few exercises I have found to really work my legs. I do not want to lose weight, but I want to tone my legs and have bigger muscles.
So I have been doing these exercises every night.
I was wondering though will I see better results faster if I do these routine exercises...

im 15 so no gruelling stuff i dont like gyms and go on 1-2mile jogs daily but apart from that what can i do to like tone up my legs and bum and just general fitness exerisizes thanks =)

My plan so far for 2 weeks of hard work to get myself into shape is as follows...
Friday-Saturday-Sunday-Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday
-1300 calories, mainly fruits and veggies and whole grains.
-2 mile run (treadmill, 10 incline, 5 mph), 100 sit-ups, as many push-ups as possible, 30 minutes...
high intensity cardio!
jump roping, jogging, dancing!
push ups and dumbells!
try lots of lunges and squats with weights in your hands to make it even more intense
do it to your favorite music :]
do 30 squats
jog on the spot for a minute
do another 30 squats
jog for a minute
15 lunges on one...
Hi, I'm 19, guy, 6'2 and not athletic really. I've been doing things to help me get fit and I've seen loads of improvements from doing basic exercises, I've gown down from 196-200 range to I think 184-6 lbs (give or take) since this time last year.
