i just created a torrent and i m seeding it but it has no peers and no sppeed i uploaded it to kat.ph torrent site how to add seeds and peers into that torrent to get speed and people can download it

i downloaded something from pirate bay with bit torrent the download finished but i cannot figure out how to run the Programm...any suggestionss.?
