I'm afraid there is no faster way to search for a photo. The best thing to do however, is to split them up into albums with specific names. That way you can find certain photos much faster than having them all in one single album.

I own an ipod touch 16gig, it is currently jailbroken with winpwn 2.0.2 software, I have also backed up my ipod touch a few moments ago. My question is if i update my ipod touch and then import the backed up information will i still be able to use installer, cydia, and my jailbroken apps. Thank you
