Where can I find a handheld translator that I can speak into and it speak another language to the other person? I saw something on the net about it, but can't seem to find it anymore? If there are more than one, which on is the best?

I want to translate Eng -> Chinese with a helpful gadget. It translates it well into Chinese characters, but I would also like to see it spelled out so I can pronounce it if I do not know the character. Is there a translator gadget with that ability/function?
