wknd should i go? i started talking to him on fb and then we started txting i never talked to him on the phone but hes very eager to meet me and im starting to like him. should i meet him? and if so should i bring my friend?

if you dont sign up for texting on your phone plan that means you cant send out a text message? is that correct? like if you try to send a message on your phone to another phone number it will fail right?
