my dad has t zones for his nokia E62 and it works fine. he only pays $5 a month for it. is there any thing like that cheap for the n8?

i have a couple of questions.. i did not buy the tzones for my plan so it says for 1mb i pay $1.99? if i go onto facebook with tzones will it cost me money?? how can i use facebook without being charged any money? my plan is 700+mins and unlimited texting
