understockt

I have 3 black skirt tetras 5 gold barbs (non aggressive) and 7 zebra danios ( top dwelers ) is it overstockt? And if I can get more how many? Witch fish to get and hOw many?? Sorry for all the Q::)(:. Thanks!:)
