    Toning up......for swimming.?

    My plan so far for 2 weeks of hard work to get myself into shape is as follows... Friday-Saturday-Sunday-Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday -1300 calories, mainly fruits and veggies and whole grains. -2 mile run (treadmill, 10 incline, 5 mph), 100 sit-ups, as many push-ups as possible, 30 minutes...
