    if I'm from the U.S.(T-mobile) and i'm in Brazil, can I text w/t my phone?

    Can I even text like normal, is it really slow? do I have to change my numbers adding digits to call or text out to people? Is it expensive to call home?? do I need to dial out any special numbers, or get a calling card?
