want to buy a model of the Chrysler Valiant VH Charger for my partner, he has the real thing, but im having trouble finding a model, all i can find are the RT versions.

i hired valiant at my library not knowing that it is actually the second book in the series would it be ok if i read it anyway and then read the 1st one later, would it ruin the story for me?? please answers if you have read both stories thank you
