    Is it very inexpensive to repair most DVD players or VCRs if take them to...

    ...a electronic repair shop? is this actually cheaper than buying a new one usually? which places repair things like DVD/VCR combinations and how expensive usually? please explain what you can why more dont do this instead of buying a new one? thanks for your answers!
