Do you have a suggestion for a marinade recipe that would make a very (v e r y) tender piece of veal?
I have a dinner party and I'm doing veal, but every recipe I tried didn't result in what I wanted...
Any help with this, please?

I'm thinking sear about 2 min each side then oven bake for 10 maybe 15 min at 180 C??? Let rest for at least 10 min. How does this sound?

At one of my favorite restaurants they serve a dish with veal, pasta, mushrooms in a pureed tomato sauce. i can't seem to find a similar recipe on the internet - anyone have any ideas?
