I have a Sony Vaio VGN-FW139E laptop using Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit. About a year(?) ago my cd/dvd rom stopped working properly. It only detects cds that i put in. I can't watch any movie or run a program that's on a dvd. Just doesn't detect it. I tried talking to the Sony Tech support, BUT...
