does anyone know how to turn the phone camera sound/noise off when taking a picture.. i go into profile and put my phone on silent and the camera sound still goes off when i take a picture

I have converted some videos I took on my camera into MP4 files and uploaded them to my GM360, I can see the thumbnail but when I play it, it says NOT SUPPORTED. I have tried WMV files too, they don't even show in my Gallery. The manual does say it has a WMV and a MP4 player
