If I choose to use the $25/mo "Beyond Talk" plan, would I have to pay an extra $25/mo for a separate family member (such as a sibling or parent?)

i cant find nowhere.. i have a vigin mobile and i want the ringtones to be sent to my phone.

my kyocera flip keyboard phone broke and the screen fell off it still turns on but the screeen wont work the keyboard works and i cant afford a new phone right now so if u could give me some tips on how to fix it thanks. also its a virgin mobile phone and the screen is detachable
