vomits

Hi Really need some help here..... My cat throw up everyday. Already being to the Vet multiple time and spent several thousand dollar. He throws up almost every morning around 4:30- 5:30AM. Usually vomits brown water (with or without hair) , then vomits again 10-15 min later with brown water...

Is it due to stress? What is causing this? Does she need to use medication or practice relaxation exercises. It happens randomly and out of no where. I'm worried about her. Does she need to see a doctor or counselor for anxiety or stress ?
