i've heard of them but can't seem to find them anywhere, can someone give me a link?

i've tried fixing my phone with pc suite but it failed before it got halfway . and also it wont start up ,the keypad lights up but the screen wont and when i put it on charge this red light comes on that is on the side of the phone pleeeasse help !

And which is cheaper?

The top keys light up red and the rest white, but the screen stays black. Is there a way to fix this?
