walkway

situated in a recreation area, to his ho? recreation area, to gain access to his house, despite having street access. Police can't do much unless the catch him...children often play in the area...residents use the walkway often..I'm concerned that real soon, reisidents will be injured..

There are houses pre-built on the game & they have a walkway over a pool & I put pillers up & it won't let me build over it. Help is appreciate x)
