    I know protein makes you gain "weight"..but does it make you FAT? Does it get stored?

    I know protein makes you gain "weight"..but does it make you FAT? Does it get stored? Female 135 lbs Goal:lose weight, gain muscle (not for body building..but to burn fat...and get toned) Caloric intake: 1500 calories Caloric ratio: I started w/40-30-30 (protein, carbs, fat)..then tweaked it...
