I started working out 3 days/wk and running 2-4 days/wk. I was told i need to be consuming about 3000 calories. How the hell can i do that when i gain weight when eating 1500-2000 calories???????????????

I am 13, nearly 5'1 103 pounds and i am trying to gain muscle and get stronger. I don't really have a regime but i lift maybe 4 times a week. i bench 52 pounds 10 reps 4-5 sets. i only have a barbell with a 100 pound weight set and a bench. any advice on a regime to make good muscle gains? Thanks.

when i go to do my day of lats in the gym, i find that the day after i am not sore, mildly even, i think it is because i am either using the wrong weight (but ive tried to use smaller and larger weight), or im using the right technique.
