    13 Year Old Weightlifting Advice?

    I am 13, nearly 5'1 103 pounds and i am trying to gain muscle and get stronger. I don't really have a regime but i lift maybe 4 times a week. i bench 52 pounds 10 reps 4-5 sets. i only have a barbell with a 100 pound weight set and a bench. any advice on a regime to make good muscle gains?
