Im 16 years old, 5 ft. 8in, and 165 lobs. My 1RM: for bench = 240, for parallel squat= 270, for dumbell bench = 70, bicep curl = 60, dead lift= 185, for power clean = 155 and I just want to know if I am pretty strong for my size or age.
Without putting on loads if i occassionaly [rarely] eat something different? I heard if you just ate fruit then the weight would just come back when you eat something else because your body draws all it can from it after lacking it for so long. I want to eat as little as possible basically and...
