I've tried and tired but it keeps staying gray and not letting me choose it.

It doesn't show the network or wep only the serial number. I could connect to the internet but I just don't know the network name. I looked in control panel but still nothing. I have a hp computer. I need a connection for xbox live and nintendo 3ds wireless and networks.

i already typed in my ip adress and im on the infromation page the only problem is i dont know what my wep key is under or where i shoudl be looking ive tried looking for a solid hour but couldent find it does anyone know where it is?
