When I play a DVD the screen changes from normal to wide screen on and off .its driving me mad my TV doesn’t do it and when the DVD is on without a disk it doesn’t do it but as soon as I put the DVD in it starts changing the screen size on and off can anyone help

im trying to put movies on my mobile phone using nokia pc suite ,i either get sound and no video or video and no sound or none at all ,,the software is suppose to convert the file for me ??please help
